Mobile Impactor with Screen

The 102 x 152 track-mounted closed circuit is an excellent recycler. It has everything you want in an onsite portable plant.

The impactor is 60" wide and can take an infeed lump size of 24" x 36" x 12" without any problems.

The plant has a 5 x 12 (2) deck 100 mm shaft screen with 5/8" stroke. It can handle the recycle product at 200 to 250 tons per hour. The production is based on 1" or 1½" size product.

Arrive at the job site. Use your radio remote controls and place the machine at the work locations. Hydraulically drop the under conveyor to work position. Rotate the refeed conveyor and the return chute to work position. Extend the scalping conveyor if required. You have a second deck screen under the grizzly bars.

Turn on the magnet belt, start the under conveyor, under screen conveyor, return conveyor impactor and feeder. These are all controlled by your radio remote.
